Commission/bespoke knives:

Returns not accepted on commission/bespoke products. Changes to agreed design and/or materials by client may incur additional costs.

All other knives:

If you are not 100% happy with your knife please contact me and if the issue cannot be resolved a full refund will be given upon the return of the knife in its original condition.  

A care instructions leaflet is provided with each knife. My knives are not guaranteed against improper use, dishwashing or inappropriate care.

Please read the care instruction leaflet carefully before use.

Bookings and purchases of Vouchers and Experience days:

Any courses cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded.

Refunds (within 24 hours of purchase) are only available to the person who originally made the purchase.

If for any reason you are unable to make the booked date I will require a least 24 hours notice before the start of your day.

No shows and late notice cancellations (under 24 hours) will not be refunded or re-booked. 

In the unfortunate event that I am unable to conduct the experience I will provide you with as much notice as possible and ensure that your day is re-booked.

If on the day you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 please carry out a lateral flow test prior to attending. 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Age Restrictions and Shipping

All knife sales are strictly over 18 - Proof of age will be requested and ID must show the address used for dispatch. A photo of an official identification such as driving license or passport must be provided, furthermore it is now a legal requirement that an age verified postal service is used. I use UPS and the recipient is required to prove they are over 18 at point of delivery to the delivery driver. The cost of this service has been factored into the price of my knives unless otherwise stated. Should a sale take place in person the same checks will be carried out and unless I am absolutely satisfied that the purchaser is over the age of 18 no sale will take place.

Postage outside the UK - a quote will be sought from UPS depending on your location.

All major credit cards accepted with 2% fee. Bank transfer preferred (no additional fee). Details will be sent once you have confirmed your wish to proceed. UK postage is included in the price.

Knives can be dangerous if used incorrectly or unsafely. I am not responsible for any harm or injury caused whilst using the knife.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:

Packages may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these fees can sometimes be significant.

Payment is by bank transfer.
